Proper Law and Interpretation

This Constitution shall be construed in accordance with English Law. In the event of any dispute, this will be submitted to the decision of a single arbitrator, such arbitrator to be appointed by agreement by all the parties to the dispute. In the absence of agreement on an arbitrator, the President of the International Chamber of Commerce shall be asked to make an appointment.
