Every few years, the World Petroleum Council collaborates with one of its member countries to host a regional meeting in order to foster networking and increase cooperation between National Committees of a specific geographical region. WPC Regional Meetings are usually held in mid cycle between WPC Congresses to address regional solutions to global energy challenges. They provide a forum for better communication and cooperation among the stakeholders of the regional petroleum communities.
